Niles High School VikingNet

Due to the lack of a method for blocking students who inappropriately use the VikingNet internal messenger, I have had to completely disable it from being used.

I know that this is probably disappointing to a lot of you, as it is to me also, but please understand that without the ability to take action against those who abuse the privilege, I'm left with no alternative.

If a better solution presents itself to me, I will gladly turn it back on.

As if you didn't notice, I'm performing a complete overhaul of the VikingNet design - trying to make it more user friendly for the future.

Keep this in mind if you happen to find something glaringly ugly before the new school year begins.

Also, sometime during the next few weeks, I will begin deleting user accounts. If you get locked out and are a student, I'm afraid you're out until the start of the year. If you get locked out and you're a teacher, drop me a line.
