Mrs. Alyse Hoyt

Alyse Hoyt has been teaching Graphic Design at Niles since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Michigan University in Industrial Technology Education, with minors in Art and Design and Political Science. She holds a Vocational Certification in Visual Communications. As a graphic designer she has produced a host of media including brochures, menus, logo development and websites. She began her teaching career in the Grand Rapids area at the Kent Career and Technology Center, she went on to teach in the Hartford and Brandywine Middle Schools and High Schools. In 2010, she earned a Master of Arts in Career and Technology Education through Western Michigan University. Mrs. Hoyt enjoys attending students’ events after school with her husband and two young daughters and is currently a Graphic Arts club advisor and the Niles Chapter of Business Professionals of America advisor.
