Degrees and Certifications:
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michelle Zache. This is my eleventh year of teaching, two of which were at a charter school in South Bend, five of which have been at Ballard, and this will be my fourth year at ECS. My husband, Brian, works as a Station Electrician for AEP. I have two children, Madison, who is 10 and will attend ECS as a fifth grader this year, and Bryce, who is 9 and will attend ECS as a fourth grader this year. I also have two dogs, Rudy and Gipper. I really enjoy traveling, horseback riding, going to the beach, and spending as much time with my family as I can.
This year we have 24 students in our class. We have a few new students at ECS this year! I am very excited to be such an important part of your child’s learning process. I believe in creating lifelong learners in my classroom and developing your child’s skills to their fullest potential. I also hold individual expectations for each child and will do my best to help your child work towards those expectations.
Each child is very unique and special to me. He or she has strengths and weaknesses, but wanting to feel loved and accepted is something all children have in common. I will do my best this year to help foster those feelings, while helping each child grow mentally and emotionally.
I look forward to another successful year at ECS!
