• THE MANY WAYS TO HELP BALLARD

    GENERAL MILLS BOX TOPS

Help Ballard earn extra money each year by clipping Box Tops from your favorite products. It’s as easy as 1…2…3!

1- Clip Box Tops from participating products.

2- Send the Box Tops to your school.

3- Earn cash for your school- 10 cents for each Box Top!

Box Tops are collected the third Thursday of each month. However you can send them

in to the school at any time during the year.

    MARTIN’S RECEIPTS

To meet the needs of area schools, Martin's offers the "Advantages for Education" program which helps schools earn the equipment they need most, from soccer balls to computer software. Martin's has presented more than $1 million in cash and equipment to schools since 1992. Help your school receive its share of $165,000 in educational equipment simply by using your Martin's Advantage Card every time you check out. The more people that are registered to help your school, the more credit your school receives! Friends, neighbors and relatives may sign up. You don't have to be a parent to participate! Sign-up forms are in the school office or at our local Martin’s Store!

    AUNT MILLIE'S SCHOOL SPIRIT PROGRAM

It's easy! All you have to do is clip out and save the UPC bar codes and School Spirit symbol found on the bottom of the bread wrapper.

    INK CARTRIDGES

Businesses, Organizations, and household users alike can donate their old cell phones, empty laser toner and inkjet printer cartridges to Ballard’s recyclable program. All you have to do is spread the word around your community and start collecting empty cartridges today. Then drop them off in the school office. Millions of new cartridges are sold each year, 86% end up in our landfills as trash. Start recycling your used inkjet and laser printer cartridges and old cell phones today for a better tomorrow!

    TYSON PROJECT A+

In your grocer's freezer section, look for Tyson Products that display the Project A+ logo. The label you save is easily identified by looking for the simple 1, 2, 3 program steps on box products or the "Support Your School" cut out found on bag products. Each label is worth 24 cents.

Ballard and Ballard PTO thank you for all your help with these projects. We also encourage you to attend our meetings once a month in the library at 4:00 pm. See the calendar for the dates (normally the first Thursday of the month).
